All you need to get started is your Company ID and XactNet Address:
The WorkTracker APP works on both Apple and Android mobile devices.
It's as easy as entering a username and password.
Integration for contractors is as easy as entering your "XactNet Address" and "Company ID" into WorkTracker and for adjusters signing an authorization to integrate with their datasets - we do the rest.
How to enable integration
As a contractor:
a) Secure your “XactNet Address” and “Company ID”. Typically the best way is to log into your XactAnalysis® account, then under “Administration” click on “Company Admin”.
b) Enter this information in Promatic Software’s site under Master Preferences.
c) Finally, log back into your XactAnalysis® account. Under “Administration” click on “Company Setup & Exports”. Promatic will now be listed. Click on the “Automatic” radio button across from Promatic.
As an adjuster:A setup fee applies for the integration, to cover associated costs
1) Download the attached form.
2) Complete, sign, and return the form.
3) A set up fee applies for the integration to cover associated costs.
4) Insurers will also be required to sign an authorization which we will provide upon request.
Once the integration is complete - typically within 14 days of receiving the required authorizations - assignments will automatically appear in your WorkTracker app. Photos, notes, reports, forms, dates, and statuses will then synchronize seamlessly with XactAnalysis® through two-way communication.
